MakeFreeCreate or refresh Ship24 tracking results in Google Sheets
Track shipments more efficiently by connecting Google Sheets with Ship24. This template scans your sheet for active tracking numbers, creates or updates Ship24 trackers, retrieves the latest shipment status, and writes the results back into your spreadsheet. It’s ideal for small fulfilment teams, marketplace operators, or anyone who wants a simple way to monitor deliveries without manual checking. The workflow includes three main steps: 1. Detect active shipments The scenario searches your Google Sheet for rows that contain a tracking number and where the latest status is not “Delivered”. This ensures that only shipments still in transit are processed. 2. Create a Ship24 tracker and fetch results For each active row, the template calls Ship24’s “Create Tracker and Get Tracking Results” endpoint. If your sheet includes a courier code, it is passed through for improved accuracy; otherwise, Ship24 tries to automatically detect the courier. 3. Update your Google Sheet The scenario updates the row with the newest tracking event and the timestamp of the check, keeping your spreadsheet up to date. Before you begin Your Google Sheet should include at least the following columns: • Tracking Number • Latest Status • Last Check • (Optional) Courier Code You may rename these columns, but your scenario mappings must be updated accordingly after importing the template. Make$3.99Track shipments automatically and update Google Sheets every 3 hours
Keep your shipment data up to date with this automated tracking workflow using Google Sheets and Ship24. This template identifies new shipments, creates Ship24 trackers for them, and refreshes tracking results every 3 hours for active (non-delivered) shipments. It is ideal for ecommerce sellers, fulfilment teams, and operational workflows where timely status updates are essential. The scenario follows two automated routes: 1. Create new trackers The workflow looks for rows where the Last update column is empty, meaning these shipments have not yet been checked. It calls Ship24’s “Create Tracker and Get Tracking Results” endpoint, retrieves the latest tracking event, and updates the row with the tracker ID, current status, and the timestamp of the check. 2. Refresh tracking results every 3 hours For rows that have been checked previously, the template examines the Last update column. If more than 3 hours have passed and the shipment is not marked as “Delivered”, Ship24 is queried again to pull any new events. The Google Sheet is updated with the latest status and a refreshed check time. Before you begin Your Google Sheet should include at least the following columns: • Tracking Number • Latest Status • Last Update (timestamp of last check) • Tracker ID (created automatically) Additional optional columns such as Courier Code may also be included.
